This video from oorail.com shows the problem with the packaging Hornby have used to ship their new Class O1 2-8-0 steam locomotive. The product code is R3227 and running number is 63663. The locomotive can be damaged in transit due to the design of the interior plastic packaging. The packaging at a minimum seems to break off the smokebox door handles and can also leave a sticky residue on the smokebox itself. While you should probably return the loco, there is a very good chance you'll get another broken one. So here is a quick video showing how I repaired mine..
